REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Refined Detailing Referral Program (“Program”).

By participating, both the referrer (“Existing Customer”) and the referred customer (“New Customer”) agree to these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to all Refined Detailing customers aged 18 or over.

• A “New Customer” must be someone who has never previously booked or enquired with Refined Detailing.

• Referrals within the same household or same vehicle are not eligible.

 

2. Referral Reward Structure

​

For the New Customer (Referee):

​

• The New Customer will receive 20% off their first full-priced booking when referred by an Existing Customer.

• The discount is applied once the booking is completed and paid for.

 

For the Existing Customer (Referrer):

​

• The Referrer will receive £15 credit (or your chosen amount) per successful referral, applied to their next booking.

• Credit is stackable. Example: 3 referrals = £45 credit.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

 

3. What Counts as a “Successful Referral”

​

A referral is considered successful when:

 

1. The New Customer quotes the Referrer’s name at the time of booking

2. The New Customer completes their appointment

3. Full payment is received

 

No reward is given if the booking is cancelled, rescheduled indefinitely, or not completed.

 

4. How Credits Can Be Used

​

• Credits can be used for any detailing service, unless stated otherwise.

• Credits cannot be used against deposits.

• Credits cannot be transferred to another person.

• Credits expire 6 months after the referral date unless agreed otherwise.

5. Limitations & Exclusions

​

• Self-referrals (using your own details) are not allowed.

• Referrals cannot be applied retroactively for past bookings.

• Only one referral code or name can be used per new booking.

• If multiple people refer the same individual, the discount goes to the person first named by the New Customer.

 

6. Fraud Prevention

​

Refined Detailing reserves the right to:

 

• Refuse referral credit

• Remove referral credit

• Terminate participation

…if fraudulent activity, misuse, or manipulation of the Program is suspected.

7. Changes to the Referral Program

​

Refined Detailing may modify, pause, or end the Program at any time without prior notice.

Credits already earned will remain valid for their stated duration.

 

8. Liability

 

Refined Detailing is not responsible for:

 

• Miscommunication between referee and referrer

• Lost or forgotten referral names

• Technical issues during online form submissions

 

Our decision on referral eligibility is final.
