Let’s say you like the look of our Deep Clean package. You’ve read through everything that’s included, but you’re looking for that little bit extra to really make your car stand out. That’s where our Deep Clean Plus+ package comes in. What else is included? On top of everything included in our Deep Clean package, you’ll also receive: Engine Bay Deep Clean Your exterior and interior may now be looking brand new, but under the bonnet can often be forgotten — still covered in dirt, dust, grease, and even cobwebs. We carry out a careful engine bay detail to ensure this area is brought back up to standard too. It’s not just about looks — your OCD (and your mechanic) will definitely thank you for this one. Gloss Enhancing Machine Polish Once your paintwork has been thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated, we bring out the polishers to enhance gloss and depth, leaving your paintwork with a crisp, mirror-like finish. Please note: this is a gloss-enhancing polish, not a corrective machine polish. We won’t be removing swirl marks or paint defects with this service — for that, you’d want one of our dedicated paint correction packages. Interior Protection After your interior has been fully deep cleaned, it’s only right to help keep it that way for as long as possible. To do this, we apply protective treatments throughout the interior to repel dirt, reduce staining, and make future cleaning easier. A ceramic coating is applied to all leather surfaces, a fabric protectant is used on carpets and upholstery, and a protective layer is added to plastics to guard against UV damage and everyday wear. I use the whole day to get your car right!
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions — Refined Detailing 1. Deposit Policy a. A deposit is required to secure any booking. The final deposit amount may vary depending on the service selected and will be clearly communicated during the booking process. b. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the customer cancels, reschedules, or fails to attend the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. c. If Refined Detailing must cancel due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or operational issues, you will be offered the next earliest available date, or a full refund of your deposit. 2. Personal Belongings a. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is free of personal items before the appointment. Please remove valuables, documents, money, electronics, and personal belongings prior to handing over the vehicle. b. Refined Detailing is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle during or after the service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all items are removed and safely stored. 3. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Inspection a. The vehicle will be visually inspected prior to starting any service. Any existing damage, defects, or concerns will be documented where necessary. b. Refined Detailing is not responsible for structural or cosmetic damage that is already present or becomes visible once dirt, grime, or contamination has been removed. c. Excessively dirty vehicles (pet hair, mould, heavy staining, excessive contamination) may incur an additional charge, which will be discussed before work begins. 4. Access & Requirements for Mobile Services a. The customer must ensure suitable space is available for the detail to be carried out safely. This includes adequate parking and access to all sides of the vehicle. b. If access is restricted or unsafe, Refined Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment. The deposit may be forfeited if the location prevents the service from going ahead. 5. Weather Conditions a. As a mobile service operating in Scotland, weather conditions may affect the ability to complete certain services. b. If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to proceed, the booking will be rescheduled at no cost.
