Service Description

The Full Valet includes vacuuming the complete interior including the boot, and then thoroughly clean all interior plastics and trims including the dash, steering wheel and centre console. Finishing off by adding a matt or gloss factory look dressing to enhance the appearance of all interior plastic, vinyl, rubber and metal surfaces. This package includes: >Snow foam Pre wash to remove layering dirt >Alloy wheels and wheel arches cleaned >Alloy wheels decontaminated >Door and boot sills cleaned >Interior hoovered and dusted including boot >Interior trims, dash, steering wheel and centre console cleaned and dressed >Air vents dusted >Ashtrays emptied and cleaned >Exterior and interior glass cleaned >Tyres dressed Please also note; any supercars, original shape Land Rover Defenders, Urban Automotive kits, Khan kits, etc may see a slight price increase due to the level of care needed to accommodate the intricate areas they posses. This will be negotiated upon booking, and an end price agreed.


Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions — Refined Detailing 1. Deposit Policy a. A deposit is required to secure any booking. The final deposit amount may vary depending on the service selected and will be clearly communicated during the booking process. b. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the customer cancels, reschedules, or fails to attend the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. c. If Refined Detailing must cancel due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or operational issues, you will be offered the next earliest available date, or a full refund of your deposit. 2. Personal Belongings a. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is free of personal items before the appointment. Please remove valuables, documents, money, electronics, and personal belongings prior to handing over the vehicle. b. Refined Detailing is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle during or after the service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all items are removed and safely stored. 3. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Inspection a. The vehicle will be visually inspected prior to starting any service. Any existing damage, defects, or concerns will be documented where necessary. b. Refined Detailing is not responsible for structural or cosmetic damage that is already present or becomes visible once dirt, grime, or contamination has been removed. c. Excessively dirty vehicles (pet hair, mould, heavy staining, excessive contamination) may incur an additional charge, which will be discussed before work begins. 4. Access & Requirements for Mobile Services a. The customer must ensure suitable space is available for the detail to be carried out safely. This includes adequate parking and access to all sides of the vehicle. b. If access is restricted or unsafe, Refined Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment. The deposit may be forfeited if the location prevents the service from going ahead. 5. Weather Conditions a. As a mobile service operating in Scotland, weather conditions may affect the ability to complete certain services. b. If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to proceed, the booking will be rescheduled at no cost.
